With a lively build backed up by Never Summer's new Shockwave Rocker Camber profile, the Proto Synthesis is one of the bounciest all-mountain twins on the mountain. The Shock Wave profile features a small rockered section for turnability nestled in between two huge camber areas under the bindings. The result is a board that feels like a well-behaved puppy on a leash. It won't fight back when you tell it what to do, but give it the slightest inclination that it's playtime, and the Proto Synth will have you pogo sticking and tail wagging off everything in sight. The Never Summer Proto Synthesis X Snowboard is a wider version of the Proto Synthesis with the same construction as the standard.
