Online Orders Return Policy

This policy applies primarily to purchases made on ajmotion.com

Online Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be new, unused, and have original tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 10 percent restocking fee will be deducted from all approved online returns and exchanges
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non refundable

All returns are subject to inspection. Items showing wear, use, damage, alteration, or missing tags may be declined.

Final Sale Items

  • Used gear, including used skis, snowboards, ski boots, board boots, bindings, and any other item previously used
  • Goggles
  • Base layers, including face coverings, socks, and thermal wear

These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

After 14 Days

  • Returns requested after 14 days are not guaranteed
  • Store credit may be offered at management discretion

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer. AJ Motion Sports does not process warranties or warranty replacements.

In Store Purchases

Items purchased in store follow our in store return policy and must be returned to a physical AJ Motion Sports location. Online return shipping and restocking policies do not apply to in store purchases.
