Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the lower 48 states in the U.S. We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Shipping Fees

AJ Motion Sports does not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and item size. As a small business, shipping oversized items like skis and snowboards is significantly more expensive to handle and ship, which is reflected in shipping rates.

Shipping Methods

  • Most orders over 1 lb ship via UPS Ground

  • Most orders under 1 lb ship via USPS Ground Advantage

  • Carrier may vary depending on item size, weight, and destination

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2 PM MST typically ship the same day from Salt Lake City, UT. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays typically ship the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. and Utah holidays.

Average Delivery Times

  • West Coast: 1-3 business days

  • East Coast: 3–5 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and location.

Expedited & International Shipping

For expedited or international shipping inquiries, please contact us at sales@ajmotionsports.com to discuss options and rates.

International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied where required by law.

Tracking & Shipments

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Orders may ship in multiple packages. Items may arrive separately, and each package will have its own tracking number.

PO Boxes & Oversized Items

We are unable to ship oversized items such as skis and snowboards to PO Boxes. A physical address may be required.

• Oversized items may incur higher shipping costs due to their size and handling requirements.


 


 

Shipping & Delivery Terms

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, including shipping address and product selection, are accurate at the time of purchase.

Customer Errors

AJ Motion Sports is not responsible for additional shipping charges resulting from customer errors, including incorrect addresses, wrong items ordered, refused deliveries, or failed delivery attempts.

Address Changes / Rerouting

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. Any carrier rerouting or interception fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Once your order ships, it is handled by the carrier. If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist with filing a carrier claim and work toward a resolution.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

Returned Shipments

Any order returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery will require the customer to cover all reshipping costs before the item is sent again.

Refused Shipments

Refused deliveries will be treated as returns. Original and return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Incorrect Items Ordered

Orders placed incorrectly (wrong size, model, or item) are not eligible for free return shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges or returns.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Signature Confirmation

Signature confirmation is required on all shipments over $300 in value.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Policy Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to all shipping and delivery terms outlined above.
